Our products are developed exclusively for WordPress, an open-source software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL). Any parts of our products that constitute a derivative work of WordPress are therefore also licensed under the GPL 3.0.
Each purchase includes a 1-year license, which grants access to product downloads, updates, and support services. Licenses are set to renew automatically every year unless you disable the subscription before the renewal date. A valid and active license key is required to continue receiving updates and support.
Updates are included as long as your license is valid and active. If your product supports automatic updates, they will be delivered directly through the WordPress dashboard. If automatic updates are not available, you can manually download the latest version from your Licenses & Downloads section in your wpbase.eu account.
Support is provided only during the validity of your license. If your license has expired and you wish to receive assistance, you must renew your license key or purchase a new license for the product in question. Please note that we can provide support only for the site where the license key has been activated.
While our products follow the principles of the GPL, including allowing modifications for personal or client projects, the license does not permit reselling, redistributing, or sharing license keys, downloads, or access credentials. Each license is intended for use on the number of sites defined at the time of purchase.
Premium extensions and add-ons are covered by the same licensing terms. Access to premium features, downloads, and priority support is granted only while the license remains valid and renewed. Expired licenses lose access to these benefits.
