This website, WPBase.eu, is owned and operated by the individual entrepreneur Jan Vašek, ID No: 01256815, doing business as WPBase (hereinafter referred to as “WPBase”, “we”, “us”, or the “Company”). Please carefully read, review, and be sure you understand our Terms and Conditions prior to downloading or using any of the materials or products from WPBase.eu. By purchasing, downloading, or using any WPBase product(s) or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you should leave this website immediately and not use any of the products or services available herein.
Under no circumstances shall WPBase be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profit, or business opportunities, arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if WPBase or an authorized representative has been advised of such damages. If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all related costs.
Our services are subject to European Union, United States, and international export control and sanctions laws. You may not use our services if you are located in a country or territory subject to sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, Syria, North Korea, or restricted regions of Ukraine), or if you are designated as a prohibited person under applicable trade laws. By using our services, you warrant that you are not such a prohibited party.
Our digital products (plugins and themes) are created for WordPress, which is open-source software released under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Licenses are valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required to access updates, support, and downloads. You may renew your license at any time to continue receiving these benefits.
Updates are included for as long as the license is valid. If you have an active license, updates are delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If automatic updates fail, the latest version can be downloaded from your account at WPBase.eu.
Support is provided for purchased products during the validity of the license. Support is only available for the site(s) where the license key has been activated. If your license expires, you must renew or repurchase to continue receiving support.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Refund requests must be submitted via our support system with a clear explanation. Refunds will not be granted after 14 days of purchase.
Refund Exceptions:
WPBase products are sold with yearly licenses that renew automatically unless cancelled. Renewals are charged on the anniversary of the original purchase date. You may cancel automatic renewal at any time from your account dashboard.
No refunds are granted on renewal payments. Renewal reminder emails are sent 30 days before the renewal date.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of our products, modified or unmodified. All products remain the property of WPBase. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
We do not guarantee that our products will work with all third-party plugins, themes, or future versions of WordPress. Compatibility is maintained with the latest available version at the time of release, but we cannot guarantee indefinite compatibility.
Updates are available to all customers with an active license. While we aim to keep all products compatible with new WordPress releases, we cannot guarantee future compatibility indefinitely.
You are allowed to modify our products for your own use. However, redistribution of modified or unmodified versions outside the GPL is prohibited. Copyright notices and license information must remain intact.
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By purchasing, you agree that you are authorized to use the payment method.
After a successful payment, you will receive an email with product information and license key. Purchased products are also available for download from your account area immediately after payment.
WPBase reserves the right to change prices at any time. If you are on an active subscription, you will be notified of price changes at least one (1) month in advance. Continuing your subscription after that date implies acceptance of the new price.
Our themes and demos may use sample images, which are not included in the product. These images are for demonstration purposes only and must be replaced by your own licensed content.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Czechia (Czech Republic) and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
